The staff we encountered were wonderful: kind, helpful, and very friendly. The breakfasts were great - lots of options and good coffee. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were clean and well appointed. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, too.

Nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. There is an available shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. The clerk at the front desk gave us a list of restaurants that were within the 5 mile range. The shuttle driver gave us a few recommendations and the restaurant that we chose was fantastic. We called the hotel when we were done dinner and the shuttle came back to pick us up. This shuttle also brings you to the cruise port but book early as it fills up quickly. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The check in process was quick, as well as check out. The room couldn’t have been more perfect. I booked a two-queen bed room for my sister and I. It came with a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The room was very spacious and clean! We only stayed for one night because we were visiting for a concert, but if I ever need to stay in the Amelie Arena area in the future I will definitely book this hotel again! Bonus points: it’s about 9 minutes away from the Arena depending on traffic. Which is super convenient!

I loved the property I normally never have a problem except for this time. The breakfast was simple felt like there should’ve been more options and they were serving spoiled milk.

Was in town for Frozen Four hockey. Great for getting around Tampa. We managed to avoid the often congested Route 4 by using Broadway and Adamo roads to city of Tampa which are about 10 minute drive. Those roads don’t have tolls. If you need snacks, gas, or drinks, Wawa store is an easy walk next to parking lot. Staff is outstanding, always there for assistance with questions or issues. It’s easy to get out of Tampa from hotel to go to Orlando for its parks or airport which is a little over 1 hour away.

Pleasant contact with all staff. After check out, I was notified I had left something behind. Assurance given that item will be available for pick up when I return. Mike, the shuttle driver is excellent. He gave excellent directions for pick up, and city information.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful especially the 2 lovely ladies on reception and Mike the shuttle bus driver. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was much better than we expected

I liked that the bathroom was clean and the bedroom too. I also liked the breakfast variety. I liked the room space and the furniture because it allowed me to organize my things comfortably.

We stayed here just for 1 night as we were planning on visiting Busch Gardens - Tampa Bay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Even though breakfast was included in our stay we did not get up early to try it out. The parking on the other hand was free of cost.

This hotel is very clean. I stayed only 1 day but I found the place very pleasant. Good clean and smell throught all places, including the carpeted but perfumed rooms. Complete breakfast with fruits, milk, coffee, eggs, toasts, pancakes, desserts, sausages and juice- really good!! Friendly staff. I recommended this place. If I need to stay in Tampa again, certainly I would book in this hotel!!
